O Microsoft Word (not all printers support this feature) – From the file menu, go to the Page Setup tab and at the Personalization section, under”width”, enter a value for custom paper size in pixels. Here is the default value for the page size in most computers. If you do not find this choice from the Personalization section, go to the Page Layout section and then set there. Don’t enter a negative value for the width.
O Notepad – To change the dimensions of the custom dimensions arrow at Microsoft Word, first click the arrow icon that’s next to the pencil at the lower right corner of the toolbar and then click the size icon. In the Size column, choose the custom size you have set previously and click the ok button. There are two methods to modify the arrow properties in Microsoft Word: either click on the arrow then click on the scale picture button or, on the toolbar, then hover on the arrow and press the shift key and then click on scale picture. Both ways, when done, the changes will be applied immediately. If you prefer to reset the custom size, simply click on the scale image button and deselect it.
O Apple iWork Pages – The home screen is where your files are loaded and displayed, so you might as well make certain it looks good in your custom paper size. First visit your workspace this one post and then click your custom size from the file menu and change the width to match the width of your house display. Or if you use Microsoft Word 2007, you can right click on the name and then choose properties and on the General tab, change the width to match the width of your home display. Again, click the okay button and the changes will be implemented to that specific document.
